How it brews
The default V60 paper for most people: a thin, oxygen-bleached cone in the 01/02/03 sizes that matches the V60 dripper's ridges and big single hole. The V60 system is widely regarded as a comparatively fast cone, and these thin papers impose little flow restriction, so your grind and pour do most of the steering — that fast-flow reputation is community consensus, not a printed Hario flow rating. The only objective difference from the natural Misarashi version is the oxygen bleach (which is why the paper is white); any "cleaner-tasting" claim beyond a proper rinse is not asserted here.
