These Terms of Use govern your use of the Gota mobile application developed by Utropia. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Gota is a coffee brewing companion that provides recipes, a brew timer, and related tools. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of recipes and brew logs you create. By sharing recipes via QR code or link, you grant other users permission to view and use them.
Gota offers premium features through Gota Pro, available as:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
Gota provides free features including basic recipes, the brew timer, brew logging, and limited custom recipe creation.
The app, its design, code, and curated recipe content are owned by Utropia. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Gota is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Brewing results may vary based on equipment, technique, and beans.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utropia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
