The CT62 Big is the size-02 CT62: new bone china, one to four cups, about 119 mm across and 92 mm tall, with the same 62° wall and grooves as the 01 and V60 02 or HIFLUX V02 papers. DragonFly sells it as the Transit and, since 2026, the Big Transit Pro, in a kit with the Conical Transit Base: a two-piece magnetic base in silicone, Tritan and 316L steel whose knob closes the outlet for immersion and opens it to drain. The flat Tri-Spin base does not fit it.
Inside are twelve long grooves, twelve short ones and a circular groove near the outlet, which DragonFly and Taster's say keep the drawdown fast and even. One reviewer, Day Dripper, found the Transit drains faster than a Hario Switch once opened; that is an observation, not a manufacturer figure.
Aga Rojewska brewed her 2026 World Brewers Cup routine for Poland on the Big Transit Pro, with a closed-valve opening pour followed by two open pours. Like the 01, it was designed by Jeff Dayu Shi with Jake Yuan Cheng Hu of Taster's Coffee.
