How it brews

The same tabbed V60 cone in 01/02/03, but made from natural, unbleached pulp — so it's brown rather than white. That bleach difference is the one objective distinction from the standard white V60; retailers describe it as FSC-certified and made in Japan without glue. Whether the natural pulp drains faster or slower than the bleached version is not something Hario states and community reports are mixed, so we leave flow unrated rather than repeat the "natural tastes papery / drains slower" folklore. As with any paper, a pre-rinse settles the bed and warms the brewer.
