The Cafec Flower Oval 101 is the trapezoidal member of the Flower line, sized for one or two cups. Where the cone-shaped Flower drippers slope to a point, the Oval keeps a flat-bottomed wedge silhouette and combines it with the same vertical flower-shaped ribs that define the rest of the family. The result is a deeper filtering layer than a comparable trapezoid would normally allow at this size.

The flower ribs run from the lip down toward the bottom of the dripper, where they shorten so the paper sits closer to the body near the single bottom hole. Cafec describes this as a way to reduce over-extraction at the very end of the brew: the bed retains enough air channels to drain freely above, but releases the last of the water through a calmer zone below. In the cup that translates to a mellow, rich profile rather than a sharp finish.

The body is moulded in Tritan, the same heat-resistant copolyester used across the Flower line, and the dripper accepts standard Cafec trapezoid paper filters. Released as the fourth pillar of the Flower family, the Oval 101 is the natural choice for brewers who prefer the steadier drawdown of a flat-bottom dripper but want the deeper bed and rib geometry of the Flower series.
