Notes

The single bottom hole and the deeper bed mean drawdown is unhurried — there is no need to rush pours. Keep the stream steady and let the flower ribs do the rest. A medium-fine grind sits well here; go a touch finer for lighter roasts, a touch coarser if the cup feels heavy.
