The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is a non-profit global trade organization formed in 2017 through the merger of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE). It sets industry standards for coffee grading, barista training, and brewing, and organizes the World of Coffee trade show. The SCA is headquartered in Irvine, California.
