    Pour all 500g of water. Stir briefly.

    To 500g 15s Slow

    Wait

    Place the lid on (plunger up). Steep for 4 minutes.

    Press

    Plunge slowly and steadily. Serve immediately.

  4. 4:30 04
    Done

    Brew complete. Pour all to avoid over-extraction.

Notes

Preheat the French press with hot water. Use a coarse grind to prevent sediment.
