The Basic Barista's recipe for the Timemore B75 dripper. A bloom with gentle agitation followed by a single controlled circular pour. Uses a Kalita Wave 155 filter for the flat-bottom B75.

Notes

The B75's unique ribbed design channels airflow for consistent drawdown. Uses Kalita 155 wave filters. The single main pour after bloom keeps the method simple and repeatable. Gentle agitation during bloom (5–10 seconds of swirling) ensures full saturation.
