Origami Dripper S Origami

Origami S Wave Filter

by Basic Barista

Origami S with Kalita Wave flat-bottom filter. Five 50g pulse pours for a more immersion-like brew. The wave filter creates a flatter bed and slower, more even extraction compared to cone filters.

Notes

Using wave filters in the Origami S creates a hybrid between flat-bottom and cone brewing. Wait for water to drain completely between pours for the most consistent results. The flatter bed extracts more evenly, producing a sweeter cup with more body than cone filters.
