B75 Dark Roast

Timemore B75 Timemore by Gota Team

This dark-roast recipe adapts the fast Timemore B75 with cooler water, a coarser grind, a bloom, and one main pour. The goal is an evenly extracted cup with rounded chocolate notes and body, without smoky bitterness or harshness.

Notes

Use fresh, soft water and avoid aggressive swirling, since dark coffee releases fines readily. If roast character dominates, lower extraction by grinding coarser; if the cup is flat or sour, tighten the grind slightly before raising temperature.
