Hario Woodneck

Woodneck Iced

Hario Woodneck Hario others by Hario

Hario's Woodneck iced method sends a concentrated brew through flannel and onto ice. Because cloth passes more coffee oils than paper, the goal is a chilled cup with substantial body, rounded texture, and preserved aromatic freshness.

Notes

Preheat and thoroughly rinse the cloth, then brew onto 120g and mix immediately for even dilution. Grind finer than for a hot Woodneck brew, but coarsen if the cloth chokes or the chilled cup turns drying.
