Hario Pegasus
Hario Pegasus Hario others by Gota Team

An iced method for the Hario Pegasus adapts Japanese flash brewing by extracting a strong concentrate over ice. Fast chilling holds onto volatile aromas, while the brewer's controlled drainage supports a bright, clean, and properly refreshing cold cup.

Notes

Place 120g in the server and pour the hot concentrate directly over it, then mix until evenly cold. A finer grind supports strength, but coarsen if drawdown stalls; use 96°C to extract efficiently before dilution.
