    Pour to 150g in slow, even passes over the centre.

    Pour to 240g in slow, even passes over the centre.

    To 240g 15s Center

    Done

    Swirl the vessel to melt the remaining ice, then serve.

Notes

Put the ice in the vessel before you start so the coffee chills as it drips; swirl to melt the last of it before serving.
