Wet the bed evenly with 50g and let it bloom.
To 50g 15s Circular -

Pour to 150g in slow, even passes over the centre.
To 150g 15s Center -

Pour to 240g in slow, even passes over the centre.
To 240g 15s Center -
3:00 04Done
Swirl the vessel to melt the remaining ice, then serve.
