Chemex 3 Cup

Spiral Pour

Blue Bottle Coffee's Chemex guide is scaled to the 3-cup brewer around a steady outward spiral and a finer grind suited to a small bed. The controlled flow is meant to build even extraction, clean structure, and balanced sweetness.

Notes

Hold a consistent 10g/s stream, beginning at the center and spiraling outward without contacting the filter wall. Adjust 96°C by roast development, hotter for light coffee and cooler for dark, then use grind changes to correct drawdown.
