Notes

Blue Bottle's pour technique emphasizes a consistent 10g/s flow rate in a spiral pattern. Start from the center and spiral outward, avoiding the filter walls. The thicker Chemex filter produces a very clean cup. Adjust temperature based on roast: hotter for light, cooler for dark.
