Pour 60g in center to saturate all grounds. Wait 30 seconds.

Spiral pour from center outward then back to center. Reach 150g.

1:15Pour
Repeat spiral pattern. Pour to 250g.

1:50Pour
Final pour to 350g. Gentle spiral to finish.

Notes
Uses Kalita Wave 185 filter. Pre-heat the dripper thoroughly — thick ceramic absorbs significant heat. Pour all the way to the side walls to rinse the filter pleats. Target brew time of 3:00-3:30.
