Blue Bottle Dripper

Official — In-Out Spiral

Blue Bottle Coffee's official pour-over, from their brew guides. It builds the cup in three pours using their signature spiral — pouring from the center outward and back to center — to land a sweet, balanced, forgiving cup.

Notes

Uses a Kalita Wave 185 filter. Pre-heat the dripper well — the thick ceramic needs extra time to come up to temperature.
