Add 25g water. Press filter plate very lightly.
To 25g 10s Center -

Pour remaining water to 180g. Place lid on.
To 180g 10s Center -
3:30 03Wait
Let coffee drip through.

Brew complete. Enjoy black to taste the origin flavors.
