Method

Add 20g water. Press filter screen gently.
To 20g 5s Slow -
0:30 02Pour
Pour remaining 140g water. Cover with lid.
To 160g 10s Slow -
0:45 03Wait
Let drip through. 4-5 minutes total.

Remove phin. Mix with 60ml coconut cream over ice.
