    Add 20g water. Press filter screen gently.

    To 20g 5s Slow

    Pour

    Pour remaining 140g water. Cover with lid.

    To 160g 10s Slow

    Wait

    Let drip through. 4-5 minutes total.

    Done

    Remove phin. Mix with 60ml coconut cream over ice.

Notes

Brew strong phin coffee, then mix with coconut cream (or coconut milk + condensed milk). The rich coconut flavor pairs perfectly with strong Vietnamese coffee. Serve over ice.
