    Add 30g water, press filter down.

    Add remaining 120g water. Place lid.

    To 150g 10s Slow

    Drip complete. Stir in condensed milk, add ice.

Notes

Brew strong phin coffee directly onto 2 tablespoons condensed milk in glass. Add ice after brewing. The slow drip extracts a rich, chocolatey concentrate.
