Notes

For lighter roasts, a gentle stir with a spoon during bloom helps express flavor more intensely. Compatible with Kalita Wave 155, V60 01 cone, or Melitta 102 filter. The Mountain Dripper's five outlet holes provide optimal flow rate. Lower temperature (88°C) reduces bitterness for very light roasts.
