    Pour remaining water to 250g.

Notes

Uses Kalita Wave 155 or Melitta 102 trapezoidal filter. The flat bottom with five outlet holes ensures even extraction. The staircase-like internal ribs hold water in contact with grounds. Total brew time 2:30-3:00.
