    Stir to saturate all grounds. Place lid.

    Pour over 400g of ice in a pitcher. Stir and serve.

Notes

French Press is excellent for iced coffee because the full-bodied, oily extraction holds up well to ice dilution. Brew at approximately 1.5x concentration. Pour the hot brew directly over 400g of ice in a pitcher. The body and oils from the mesh filter create a richer iced coffee than pour-over methods.
