Bee House

Two 1:18 Pours

Stumptown Coffee Roasters' Bee House recipe — two easy 1:18 pours that need no gooseneck kettle, for a clean, sweet, balanced cup. The Bee House forgives imprecise technique, which makes it an approachable everyday pour-over.

Notes

Uses standard Melitta #2 or #4 filters. A medium grind and unhurried, even pours suit the Bee House's two restricted drainage holes, which let it run slower and sweeter than a European wedge dripper.
