Method

  1. Pour 1 / 4

    Add all 1600g cold water over coffee.

  2. Stir 2 / 4

    Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.

  3. Wait 3 / 4

    Steep at room temperature for about 16 hours.

  4. Done 4 / 4

    Strain and dilute 1:2 to serve.

Notes

Stumptown recommends 12 fl oz (340g) coffee to 56 fl oz (1600g) water for concentrate. Steep 12-24 hours, they prefer 16. Dilute 1:2 concentrate to water. Store in fridge up to 2 weeks.
