Pour 60g of water to saturate all grounds. Observe gentle bubbling.
To 60g 10s Circular -
0:45 02Pour
Pour steadily in circular motion to 200g.
To 200g 25s Circular -
1:15 03Pour
Continue spiral pour to 380g.
To 380g 25s Circular -
1:45 04Pour
Final pour to 550g. Sweep any dry grounds from walls.
To 550g 20s Circular -
3:00 05Done
Full drawdown complete. Swirl server before serving.
