    Pour 60g of water to saturate all grounds. Observe gentle bubbling.

    To 60g 10s Circular

    Pour

    Pour steadily in circular motion to 200g.

    Pour

    Continue spiral pour to 380g.

    To 380g 25s Circular

    Pour

    Final pour to 550g. Sweep any dry grounds from walls.

    Full drawdown complete. Swirl server before serving.

Notes

Ideal for the large Bee House with Melitta #4 filter. The higher ratio produces a lighter, cleaner cup. Pour confidently — the Bee House's restricted flow prevents over-extraction.
