Notes

Dark roasts extract quickly, so lower temperature and coarser grind prevent bitterness. The B75's flat bottom naturally provides even extraction. A simple bloom and single pour produces a smooth, chocolatey dark roast cup. Uses Kalita 155 wave filters.
