Single Cup

Open in app

Saint Anthony Industries' Phoenix70 house method scaled to a single cup: the same tall 70° cone and 1:16 ratio, worked with a bloom and three even centre pours to come off the brewer in about three minutes for a clean, high-clarity cup.

Notes

Grind finer if the bed runs fast, coarser if it stalls. The tall 70° column stretches contact time, so small grind changes shift extraction more than they would on a standard cone.
