Method

Add cold water and coffee with cardamom to ibrik. Place on low heat.

Watch for foam to rise. Do not stir.

Notes
Add 1-2 crushed cardamom pods to the coffee grounds before brewing. The cardamom adds a warm, aromatic flavor. This is traditional in many Middle Eastern coffee cultures. Some prefer green cardamom for brighter notes.
