Method

Pour 60g (2x dose). Swirl the dripper gently to saturate all grounds evenly.
To 60g 10s Center -
1:00 02Pour
Pour to 300g cumulative in slow circles, taking the full 45 seconds.
To 300g 45s Circular -
2:00 03Pour
Pour to 500g cumulative in slow circles, taking the full 45 seconds.
To 500g 45s Circular -
3:00 04Swirl
Swirl the dripper gently to flatten the coffee bed.

Drawdown complete. Target around 4:30.
