Cafeshi's baseline ported to the Deep 45. The 45° cone splits the difference between the Flower Cup 1 and the Deep 27 — same dose and gesture, grind one click coarser to compensate for the slightly taller bed.

Notes

Around 23 clicks Comandante C40 — one coarser than the Flower Cup 1 baseline. The 45° cone makes the bed sit a bit taller than the Flower. Bloom of 50g for the full 30 seconds. Two main pours of 100g each at the same pace. BWT-filtered water at 93°C, Cafec abacá paper. Total brew time around 3:25. Starting point for a new bean — taste it, then tune the grind.
