Notes

Around 23 clicks Comandante C40 — same setting as the Deep 45 baseline. The hexagonal ribs keep the air channel open so the bed drains predictably. Bloom of 50g for the full 30 seconds. Two main pours of 100g each at the same pace. BWT-filtered water at 93°C, Cafec abacá paper. Total brew time around 3:20. Starting point for a new bean — taste it, then tune the grind.
