    Bloom

    Saturate grounds with 60g of water. Stir to break up clumps.

    To 60g 10s Slow
  2. 0:30 02
    Pour

    Pour in spiral pattern over dark spots, avoiding light ones. Fill to 380g.

    To 380g 40s Circular
  3. 2:00 03
    Done

    Brew complete. Remove dripper.

Notes

The Bee House is forgiving and does not require a gooseneck kettle. Uses standard Melitta #2 or #4 filters. Produces a clean, sweet cup. Fast total brew time of about 2 minutes.
