Method

Pour 40g of water over grounds in a circular motion. Let bloom.

Pour steadily in spirals to 150g. Target darker areas.

Continue pouring in pulses to 260g.

Final pour to 390g. Slow spiral from center outward.

Drawdown complete. Remove dripper.

Notes
Uses Melitta #2 filter. Pulse pouring in spirals keeps extraction even. Aim for a total brew time of 2:30-3:00. The flat bottom with two drain holes makes this very forgiving.
