    Bloom

    Bloom with 60g (3x dose). Stir well to break up clumps.

    +60g 10s Slow
  2. 0:45
    Pour

    Pour in tight circles to 190g.

  3. 1:20
    Pour

    Pour to 320g. Swirl the dripper gently.

  4. 1:50
    Swirl

    Swirl once and let draw down.

  5. 3:00
    Done

    Brew complete. Target ~2:45-3:15.

Notes

Stir well during bloom to break up clumps and ensure no dry pockets. Use a slightly finer grind than typical V60 recipes.
