Notes

Use a 2:1 bloom-water-to-coffee ratio, ensuring the underside of the bed is saturated. Continue in slow spirals that stop before the filter wall, adding 100g every 30s after the opening pours. Correct kettle position and spiral symmetry before adjusting grind.
