    Pour 54g (3x dose) to bloom. Swirl aggressively.

  2. 0:15
    Wait

    Wait for a long 2-minute bloom.

  3. 2:00
    Pour

    Pour in circles to 306g in one steady pour.

  4. 2:45
    Swirl

    Swirl gently and let it draw down.

  5. 3:50
    Done

    Brew complete. Target time: ~3:50.

Notes

The 2-minute bloom is critical. Swirl aggressively after the bloom pour to fully saturate.
