Lance Hedrick is a US-based barista, coffee educator, and YouTube content creator with over 500,000 subscribers. He works on the wholesale team at Onyx Coffee Lab in Rogers, Arkansas, and competed in the US Brewers Cup — placing 2nd at the 2022 US Brewers Cup.

His channel focuses on long-form brewing tutorials, grinder and espresso machine reviews, and explanations of the underlying mechanics of extraction — from particle distribution to puck preparation. He has popularised several pour-over and AeroPress techniques among home baristas and helped surface scientific concepts (refractometry, fines management, bypass) for a general audience.

Gota catalogues his published recipes for V60, AeroPress, Chemex, Cafec, Hario Switch, and OXO.
