    Pour 55g of water in slow circular pattern to bloom. Wait 30-45 seconds.

    Pour

    Continue adding water slowly. Pour in center first, then gradually spiral outward.

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

For a new filter: submerge in boiling water for 2 minutes. For a used filter: rinse in boiling water for 1 minute. Squeeze out excess water. After brewing, rinse immediately with water (no soap). Store wet in a sealed bag in the fridge. Never let the filter dry out.
