    Fill bottom with hot water to valve.

    Assemble. Place on medium-low heat.

    Coffee begins flowing.

    Done

    Remove at sputter. Mix with warm milk to taste.

Notes

Brew with the standard moka method but aim for a stronger extraction. Mix 1:2 with warm milk for cafe con leche, or froth milk for a faux cappuccino. Remove from heat promptly.
