Moka Pot
Moka Pot Traditional by Gota Team

Developed as a moka-pot base for cafe latte-style drinks, this recipe emphasizes concentration rather than standalone delicacy. Its goal is a robust, espresso-like coffee that remains distinct after warm or textured milk is added.

    +200g→ 200g 100°C

    Screw the pot together.

  3. Prepare 3 / 5

Notes

Favor a medium-dark roast with chocolate or nut character and stop the moka flow before the pale sputtering phase. Add roughly twice as much warm milk as brewed coffee; texture gently so large bubbles do not thin the drink's body.
