    Steady spiral pour to 150g.

Notes

Uses Melitta #4 filter. The 1x4's larger cone handles more water. Grind medium-fine for single-cup doses. Pour steadily from center outward — avoid hitting filter walls. If coffee tastes sour, try hotter water.
