Melitta 1x4 Misc pourover by Melitta

Melitta's batch recipe uses the 1x4 dripper and standard number-four paper to brew several servings at once. The larger cone supports a deeper bed while the restricted outlet aims for consistent strength, body, and extraction.

Notes

Use a Melitta #4 filter and distribute water across the full wedge so the deeper bed extracts evenly. For full-capacity batches, begin coarser than a single-cup setting and split the pour to prevent the slurry from approaching the rim.
