    Drawdown complete. Total brew should be about 90 seconds.

Notes

The defining Mugen recipe. The star-shaped ribs slow drainage to allow full extraction in a single pour. If drawdown is under 90 seconds, grind finer. Over 90 seconds, grind coarser.
