Wet the bed evenly with 60g and let it bloom.

Pour to 180g in slow, even passes over the centre.

Pour to 300g in slow, even passes over the centre.
To 300g 15s Center -
2:15 04Pour
Pour to 400g in slow, even passes over the centre.

3:00 05Pour
Pour to 480g in slow, even passes over the centre.
To 480g 15s Center -
4:30 06Done
Drawdown should finish near the target time — grind finer if it runs fast, coarser if it stalls.
