    Pour to 130g in slow, even passes over the centre.

    Pour to 210g in slow, even passes over the centre.

    To 210g 12s Pulse

    Pour

    Pour to 320g in slow, even passes over the centre.

    To 320g 15s Pulse

    Done

    Drawdown should finish near the target time — grind finer if it runs fast, coarser if it stalls.

Notes

The flat bed drains faster than the cones — grind a touch finer than you would on the Phoenix to keep contact time up.
