Cafec Flower Cup 1

Two Pour

A two-pour Cafec Flower recipe from Project Barista: a 40g bloom, then two even spiral pours at 60g/L. The dripper's free-draining pleats keep extraction bright and fast for a clean, floral cup.

Notes

Don't swirl after the final pour, or fines climb the wall and dull the cup. Drawdown lands around 2:50 on light to medium roasts; pull one click coarser if it stalls past 3:10.
