    Pour to 100g.

    Pour

    Pour to 175g.

    To 175g 12s Circular

    Final pour to 250g.

    Swirl

    Gentle swirl.

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

Light roasts need more extraction. This recipe uses finer grind, higher temperature, and agitation to pull maximum sweetness.
