Bloom long: pour 50g and wait until 1:20 — almost a minute of blooming. Lets gases escape fully before the main pour. Around 23 clicks Comandante C40, water at 94°C. The main pour from 100g to 250g is one continuous slow spiral. No pulses, no center pour — keep the kettle moving steadily. Total brew time around 3:10. If it drains faster, grind a click coarser next time.
