    Pour 50g of water. Let bloom for 30 seconds. Optional stir.

    +50g 10s Center

    Pour

    Pour from center outward in 4 circles, return inward with 4 circles. Reach 150g.

  3. 1:20
    Pour

    Pour remaining 50g to reach 200g total. Let drain.

    +200g 10s Circular

    Done

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

Uses Kalita Wave 155 or 185 filter. The Blue Bottle Dripper's 40 vertical ridges create capillary motion for constant flow rate. Preheat thoroughly. Optional stir during bloom.
