Blue Bottle Dripper

Single Cup

Project Barista's small-batch method applies a relatively concentrated ratio to the Blue Bottle Dripper. Its vertical ridges maintain flow around a Wave filter, producing an intense single cup with balanced sweetness and structure.

Notes

Preheat the ceramic thoroughly and seat a Kalita Wave 155 or 185 filter without flattening its pleats. Stir the bloom only if dry pockets remain; keep later pouring gentle so fines do not migrate and choke the ridge-assisted flow.
